We ask what is Customer Care? We look at managing our customer's expectations and at the types of issues they have. We learn how to build a rapport with our customers to enable us to get to the facts of the matter.
The course enables you to discuss solutions and take the appropriate action to reduce customer dissatisfaction. At the end of the course we take a brief look at handling complaints.
